We were skeptical at first, as we looked at many dealerships, but ultimately decided that Hemlock was the best choice, as we are super needy and had lots of questions, without hesitation they were there to provide resource and guidance! Everyone at Hemlock Hill was great! They communicated with my bank and we’re able to quickly finish the financing process. Daisy was amazing and helped us feel comfortable with no pressure at all. When picking up the camper there was some missing bolts on our latch. They fixed it for us right away and gave us extra to keep. The camper was so clean and I couldn’t recommend them more! 10/10

Hemlock is an amazing RV dealer. Family owned and operated, they take great care in their employees as well as their customers. I bought my first pop up there and then when it was time to upgrade I went back. Daisy is wonderful and Olivia at the service desk assisted with my most recent experience . Just some recall work and dewinterizing. Easy drop off, easy pickup, and very reasonable service rates. Even threw in a wash (guess the owner saw it and told the staff to freshen it up-it was in storage for the winter at my house) keep up the great work and thank you.

The closing on our Alliance Avenue 26RD went smoothly with no surprises, or hard sell to purchase add-ons. We delivered our trade-in and it was accepted without hassle. Cash was welcomed vs pressure to use a loan for purchase of our new rig. Our rig was clean and prepped for our class/walk thru. Very pleased with our 5th wheel to-date. Two lock cylinders were discovered missing during walk-thru, but were quickly sent to us through the mail. We are impressed with the friendly techs and staff and we felt like they will be available to us if we need any assistance. Unfortunately, we have experienced other RV dealerships who have applied pressure at sales time and played games at purchase time and presented an unclean, below par rig. Not at Hemlock Hills. They present their products honestly and make you feel at home and in good hands. We are so pleased to have made our purchase at Hemlock Hills, Southington, CT. We had the rig delivered to our house. Very helpful service. We are two very happy campers.

Our rep Drew was amazing. The place is great. Be prepared to pay though. Prices are not low! We found items on our bill that were wrong, but Drew immediately took care of it. So check your invoices. They were simple errors, not malicious. I wish there was more to offer to camper owners or a package offered for when you purchase a used camper. They went through everything but we had to pick and choose. "a complete checkup" would be a great idea.

From the minute I walked indoors at Hemlock Hill RV Sales and Service I knew my husband and I had made the right decision. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and were eager to help in any way. Our sales person Dave bent over backwards to give us the information we needed to make our decision. We really appreciated all of the help he gave us. Thank you to everyone we are very pleased with our new Brinkley and are looking forward to our first adventure. We couldn’t have done it without you!
